We are seeking a qualified General Dentist to join our team in Fond du Lac, WI as a locum provider on an ongoing basis.
Start Date: ASAP - ongoing
Schedule:
Mon/ Tues 8 -6
Wed/ Thu 7-4
Qualifications:
Bread-and-butter general dentistry
Ability to work solo and lead a team
Valid Wisconsin license
Active DEA and BLS
