Credit Administrator

Primary Duties Mortgage Loan Underwriting & Processing Support: Conduct comprehensive reviews of loan applications; verify asset eligibility, source of down payment, and financial background; analyze cash flows to facilitate the approval process; perform daily tax transcript verifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
Disclosure Management: Prepare and issue initial and final disclosure documents (LE/CD) for new loan applications; update and maintain accurate loan data within the core banking system.
Appraisal Processing & Review: Order and manage property appraisals; distribute appraisal reports and perform rigorous secondary reviews to verify valuation accuracy.
Loan Closing Coordination: Manage the final loan closing process by meticulously auditing and reconciling pending approval conditions and outstanding trailing items.
