As a Home Visitor at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services, you will play a vital role in supporting families through weekly home visits that promote secure parent-child relationships and high-quality early learning experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is nurturing, culturally responsive, and passionate about empowering families as their child's first and most important educator. Responsibilities: Provide weekly home visits to families focused on early childhood development Promote learning in language, literacy, math, science, social-emotional skills, and creative arts Build respectful, trusting relationships with families Collaborate with parents to plan home visits and learning experiences Implement curriculum aligned with the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework Support children with disabilities and dual language learners Empower parents as primary educators of their children Requirements: Minimum of a CDA AA or BA in Early Childhood, Human Services, or Psychology (with EC credits) preferred Experience in Early Childhood Education, prenatal care, home visiting, or community health Bilingual is a plus Must be able to work on-site in the Bronx (no remote option) CMCS Offers: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan Generous Paid Time Off Flexible Work Schedule In-Service Training Make a Difference Every Day #J-18808-Ljbffr
