In this role, you'll collaborate with site and business leadership to build a culture of continuous improvement that enables profitable growth, enhances quality, and improves both customer and employee experience.Working across the organization, you'll implement lean management systems, facilitate kaizen events, and apply structured problem-solving methodologies to optimize processes and reduce inefficiencies. You'll support operational excellence by guiding teams in the application of PPI tools while developing their capabilities through training and mentorship.Your expertise will help enhance operations, improve efficiency, and create sustainable process improvements that directly impact our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This position offers the opportunity to create meaningful impact by leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.REQUIREMENTS:Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience implementing continuous improvement programs in manufacturing, clinical, pharmaceutical or regulated environmentsPreferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Operations, Business or related fieldLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferredPMP or equivalent project management certification desirableDemonstrated expertise in lean tools including value stream mapping, 5S, standard work, visual management, and kaizen methodologiesStrong project management skills with proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiativesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and ProjectExcellent financial acumen with ability to evaluate and validate project savingsStrong communication and presentation skills with ability to connect at all organizational levelsExperience guiding and mentoring teams in continuous improvement methodologiesDemonstrated success in supporting organizational changeStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using data-driven approachesAbility to work independently while collaborating across functionsStrong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to build trustExperience in GMP/regulated environments preferredAbility to travel up to 25% as needed to support multiple sitesCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $103,100.00–$155,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
