Ductwork Fabricator

Location: Spokane, WA | Hayden, ID

Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours Available

Optional 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts!

Legacy Heating & Cooling is expanding its commercial HVAC operations across the Inland Northwest, creating new opportunities within our fabrication shop team. As our project volume continues to grow, we are looking for motivated Ductwork Fabricators who want to build long-term careers with a company focused on development, stability, and advancement. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on fabrication work, take pride in precision craftsmanship, and want to grow their skills in a fast-growing commercial HVAC company.

What We're Looking For

Minimum a year of duct fabrication or sheet metal experience
Commercial HVAC shop experience is beneficial
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in an active shop environment
Dependable attitude with strong teamwork skills

What You'll Be Doing

Build and assemble commercial HVAC duct systems
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings
Operate fabrication machinery and sheet metal equipment
Maintain production quality and shop safety standards
Assist the team in meeting project deadlines efficiently

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
