This position combines direct interaction with residents, monitoring responsibilities, and documentation to ensure residents remain compliant with program expectations.Typical responsibilities include:* Signing residents in and out of the facility and verifying approved movements* Confirming employment schedules and other approved activities* Monitoring resident accountability through GPS systems and other tracking tools* Conducting breath tests, urinalysis testing, and other compliance checks* Performing pat searches, room searches, and vehicle searches* Completing incident reports and documenting resident activity* Maintaining safety and security within the facility while interacting professionally with residentsCandidates who are extended a conditional offer must complete an exhaustive background check process prior to beginning employment, which includes a criminal background check, drug screen, professional reference check, employment check, and PREA institutional employer checks.Join us at Centre and become a part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, social reintegration, and community safety.
