What You'll Do

Support Clients with Care

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Explain available supplemental benefit programs

• Guide clients through enrollment and application processes

• Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

• Provide ongoing policy support and follow-up communication

Build Long-Term Relationships

• Develop trusted relationships through exceptional client service

• Conduct benefit reviews and policy updates

• Help clients understand their options as their needs evolve

Maintain Professional Standards

• Keep accurate digital client records

• Follow company policies and applicable state regulations

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction

Who We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• Comfort using computers, Zoom, and virtual communication tools

• Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely

Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, education, financial services, military support, sales, or client relations is helpful—but  not required .

Minimum Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment

• Ability to obtain any required state insurance license (licensing guidance provided)
