Project Manager

Onsite Florence, SC. Interview Type: Video. Anticipated Start in weeks: 2. Responsibilities Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals. Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program. Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams. Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations. Skills Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities. Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Extensive familiarity with management and implementation of business strategy within a program's framework. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate organizational change effectively. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the program's scope. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
