Special Requirements: We are a free standing out patient facility. We see patients one on one. We schedule 60 min for evals. Most treats are 30 minutes, but some are 45 or 60 depending on the circumstances. We see about 70% ortho patients, 30 % neuro. We have a pelvic health therapist, 2 lymphedema therapists, an LSVT program, chronic pain therapist, vestibular therapist. We see a variety of diagnoses. We have an ortho MD office at Christian that refers us most of our ortho patients. We have PT's, PTA's, OT's, and SLP. Some multidisciplinary patients. Therapist will receive Epic training during orientation.

We typically do 1.5 days of hospital orientation, then 1.5 days of department orientation. Will then start with patient load. Will give additional charting time the first week or two. We are business casual.

For 8 hour shifts:The shifts would be 10:00-1830 on Monday and Wednesdays, 9:00-17:30 on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.For 10 hour shifts: There would be 2 days 8:00-18:30 and 2 days 7:0

Tier2 Travel Compliance RTO: Max of 7 days of RTO (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO). No new RTO after submission. No RTO allowed the first week of an assignment. License Information: MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state). IL: License in hand required at time of submittal. Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA. Radius/Local Rules: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius. No local travelers allowed, except for Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Medical Assistants. Tenure Policy / Returning Staff and Tenure Policy (excluding Interim Leadership and RNFA roles): 18 months with a 3-month break in service required. Permanent employees (across BJC and/or Saint Lukes) must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler. Floating: All travelers will float within service line. Contract Details: Confirm shift in submittal (e.g., 3x12, 4x12, etc.). Please note, contract length is firm. Booking Rules: BJC does not permit contractors to sign a contract and subsequently cancel it in order to accept another BJC assignment. Contractors are expected to fulfill the terms of their signed agreement in full. Mid-contract cancellations for the purpose of booking a different BJC assignment are not allowed. If a contract is canceled at the contractor s discretion, they must complete an assignment elsewhere before being considered for a new BJC opportunity.
