Cost Estimator

Key Responsibilities e are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Estimator with strong Xactimate proficiency to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate repair and reconstruction estimates for residential and commercial properties, supporting insurance claims, and ensuring projects are budgeted efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent analytical skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, contractors, and project managers. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate software for property damage restoration, reconstruction, and repair projects. Review scopes of work, photographs, inspections, and project documentation to determine labor, material, and equipment costs. Collaborate with insurance adjusters, project managers, property owners, and subcontractors throughout the claims process.
