Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs, you will provide personalized care to our residents, utilizing your expertise to promote their physical, mental, and psychological well-being. Our team is committed to creating a supportive and positive work environment, where you can grow and thrive.

Responsibilities:
• Observe and evaluate residents on your assigned unit, documenting current medications and treatments
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating immediate "lifesaving" measures in the absence of a physician
• Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of care staff assigned on your unit
• Perform and document comprehensive assessments on each assigned resident, developing care plans and driving positive outcomes

Requirements:
• Current, unencumbered, state registered nurse license
• CPR certification
• A can-do/will-do attitude to help others
