Kinship Case Manager — Help Families & Kids Thrive

Kids Central, Inc. is seeking a Kinship Case Manager to provide primary case management for kinship cases and support for relatives and children across Circuit 5. The role includes home visits, monthly check-ins, service referrals, and coordination with attorneys, social workers, and community partners.
