We are currently hiring a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to our Market President.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

First point of customer contact for gathering information needed on inquiries after online applications are submitted Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer satisfaction Enter clear and concise updates to the related CRM leads and activity Research and obtain additional information needed to assist internal Sales Team members in sending a lead through to Underwriting, as needed Deliver unparalleled value, excellent service and provide a positive client experience Timely follow-up with both the internal Sales Team and the customer through the entire life cycle of their request

EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Outstanding written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries Need to be able to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships Experience working in personal injury or paralegal work is a plus Comfortable handling high-volume workloads and a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr US-Claims-Capital-LL
