Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Locations: Halethorpe, MD | Baltimore, MD | Woodlawn, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation & Incentives
- $250,000 base salary – New Residency Graduates
- Up to $295,000 base salary – Experienced Physicians
- Annual Quality Incentive Bonus: $45K–$85K+
- Incentives can reach up to 28% of base salary
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active or eligible Maryland medical license
- Active DEA license
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Comfortable in a team‐based, value‐driven care model
- EMR proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Medicare Advantage or value‐based care
- Knowledge of HEDIS / STARS metrics
- Experience working with diverse or underserved populations
