Overview Licensed Clinical Therapist to join the Optum Behavioral Care team in Braintree, MA . As part of the Optum family, you will be an integral part of our vision to make health care better for everyone. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions reflecting the needs of our diverse patient population. We provide organizational support that allows our providers to focus on delivering care, including credentialing and contracting assistance. Required Qualifications Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Clear, active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience post-master's degree providing behavioral health services Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families Experience using computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, EHRs) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care. • 25.00 hourly rate
• 69,100 to $103,800 annual total cash based on productivity

Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment and follows the range above, including earnings from hourly pay and incentive pay. It may change based on local labor markets, productivity, and performance. We comply with minimum wage laws. In addition to pay, a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, 401k contribution, and other incentives are available where eligible.
