Aerospace CMM Inspector - Night/Weekend Shift (12h)

A&G Machine is seeking an experienced CMM Operator with a minimum 5 years in aerospace inspection. Job Description Perform setup and use of CMM to measure production parts. Maintain and organized for a clean work environment. Maintain a working knowledge of quality standards, part inspection, and preservation methods. Explore new technologies and inspection methods and make recommendations. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5-10 years in aerospace inspection. Understating of 3D model inspection. Proficient with GD&T ASME Y14.5 2009 or newer. Basic math skills and high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly capable in Microsoft Office. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills in a leadership capacity, managing and working well with others. Preferred Qualifications CMM Manager Software proficiency. High school or equivalent. Inspection operations using a Leica Laser Tracker to include using Polyworks Software, to measure production parts, tooling, etc. Ability to Experience with Knowledge of Physical Demands Required to push, pull, lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs with assistance. Moderate walking, standing, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Work around moving objects, and with machinery with moving parts. Work Environment Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments.
