About the Role As a Recruiting Consultant at Consilium, you will generate enthusiasm for our solutions, identify and qualify prospects, and maintain a consistent pipeline of business. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building connections with physicians and mid-level providers and looking to advance their career. What your success will look like: Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Conduct phone screens with qualified providers Serve as contact person for questions from providers Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails Align Consilium’s service and solutions with client’s business needs Stay updated on industry and market trends to be a trusted resource Contribute to our team culture by working in our Irving office Who you are and what you bring 1+ year of sales or other relevant experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Demonstrates a high level of perseverance to excel Why Consilium Uncapped Earning Potential: Our performance-based compensation structure means your effort directly impacts your income.
