Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of scaling top-tier engineering, cloud, and artificial intelligence teams. In this role, you will manage full-cycle technical recruiting—from intake and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding—while partnering closely with hiring stakeholders to secure top-tier talent for high-impact technical divisions. Key Responsibilities Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process for complex technical positions, ensuring an exceptional and responsive candidate experience. Partner with Stakeholders: Consult with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define technical competencies, establish interview plans, and align on timelines. Proactive Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing channels, professional networks, resume databases, and technical communities to attract active and passive talent. Assess Technical Talent: Conduct rigorous screening interviews to evaluate technical backgrounds, soft skills, communication abilities, and overall team alignment. Market Advisory: Advise business leaders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation strategies, and inclusive recruiting processes. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain active talent communities and pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical roles. Data-Driven Tracking: Maintain accurate records in ATS platforms (such as Workday) and track recruitment analytics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates. Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated history of success recruiting for IT, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and data engineering. Technical Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in Boolean search, X-ray searches, talent mapping, passive-candidate outreach, and advanced pipeline development. ATS & Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or equivalent), CRM tools, and professional sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub). Communication & Collaboration: Strong consultation, organization, prioritization, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
