Senior US Technical Recruiter to join our growing Software Development organization in Dallas. 8–12 years of experience in US Technical Recruitment. Experience recruiting for technologies including Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Node.js, AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, Kubernetes, AI/ML, Data Engineering and Cloud Engineering. Proven success recruiting for permanent/full-time technology positions within a software development or product engineering environment. Strong experience hiring Software Developers and Engineering professionals across multiple technology stacks. Demonstrated experience working directly with senior management, Engineering Directors, Vice Presidents and Executive stakeholders. Excellent understanding of the US technology talent market and recruitment best practices . Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, ATS platforms and recruitment CRM tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
