What will you be doing?
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to hit profitable targets while building long-lasting relationships with key aerospace and industrial clients.
- Prospecting and managing a robust sales pipeline for rings and seals, which includes attending trade shows and presenting technical solutions to new and existing customers.
- Leading and developing the sales team and monitoring industry trends to ensure the company remains a competitive leader in the market.
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a Sales Director or similar leadership role.
- Technical proficiency in basic blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- U.S. Person status (required for ITAR/Export Control compliance) and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
