Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in New Albany, IN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality engineering.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in quality management software and statistical analysis tools.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
