Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our facility's operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall well‑being of our 181‑bed facility. Maintenance Tech Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment, systems, and facilities Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, corridors, and rooms Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of our facility Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and repairs Perform other duties as assigned by management About The Maintenance Tech Role At Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, we believe that everyone deserves a place that feels like home.
