Operator

Production Operator- Pay up to $21/hr- IN.

Location: Marion, IN 

Pay: $21/hr

Shift: 1st- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

2nd- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate furnaces to process and refine raw materials.
• Run mixers, tanks, and filtration equipment used in production.
• Operate filter press systems to separate solids and liquids.
• Monitor product quality and ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Perform packaging, inspection, and general production tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Work with team members to achieve production goals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong reliability and consistent work history.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and GMP standards.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chemical manufacturing experience.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating industrial equipment.
• Packaging and inspection experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, IN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
