Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the healthcare services industry. This role is ideal for an experienced revenue cycle leader who can oversee end-to-end RCM operations, drive process improvement, and support strong financial performance across billing, coding, collections, reimbursement, and accounts receivable functions.The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager will report to executive revenue cycle leadership and partner closely with clinical, operational, administrative, and IT teams. For Los Angeles, CA applicants: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.Additional SkillsRequired Qualifications and Skills- Lead end-to-end revenue cycle management operations across billing, coding, collections, claims, reimbursement, and accounts receivable.- Drive denial reduction, cash flow improvement, revenue cycle efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.- Manage revenue cycle teams, performance metrics, reporting, and cross-functional workflow optimization.- Partner with internal departments and external payers to resolve issues and maintain compliance.- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.- 7 to 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of medical billing, medical coding, reimbursement practices, payer requirements, and healthcare revenue cycle operations.- Proven ability to manage teams, develop talent, and drive performance through KPIs and operational metrics.- Proficiency with RCM software, reporting tools, and data-driven analysis.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, administrative, operational, IT, payer, and leadership teams.- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, payer policies, compliance requirements, and revenue cycle best practices.Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading revenue cycle operations across multiple payer types.- Background managing escalated payer issues, audits, denials, and reimbursement challenges.- Experience implementing process improvement initiatives within healthcare revenue cycle operations.- Advanced reporting, dashboarding, or analytics experience related to RCM performance metrics.AppleOne Representative Contact InfoAccount Executive:AmandaBranch Phone:(951) 296-5430Location:Temecula, CA
