Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Active license as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Collaborative attitude and flexibility in adapting to evolving caseloads and environments
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with educational goals
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student participation and success
• Maintain thorough records and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to the school team
• Uphold professional ethics, policies, and compliance standards
