Your Role and Impact

Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Improve patient mobility, safety, and functional independence
Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support recovery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Complete accurate documentation using AI-assisted tools

What You Bring

Active Nevada Physical Therapist license
Home health experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Reliable vehicle and valid Nevada driver’s license
Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
