Salary:
Our South Austin/Dripping Springs location has an opening. NAU Urology Specialists seeks an outstanding individual to fill the role of Patient Care Coordinator in our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities include patient check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments via phone, fielding patient inquiries, and conveying patient needs to support staff and providers.
Monday through Friday 8a-5p. No evenings and no weekends.
Qualifications should also include:

- Team-focused mindset
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Medical terminology and office experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Job Description but not limited to:
Patient check-in/check-out, also expected to assist with incoming and outgoing calls (calls include scheduling appointments, taking messages and calling back with researched answers, informing patients of our services), department filling, scanning, copying, data entry, mailing and prepare letters and documents.
