Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Litigation Paralegal role based in Dripping Springs, TX. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with day‑to‑day legal operations, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and filing motions. The role requires meticulous organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities effectively. The Litigation Paralegal will also collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure the efficient handling of legal matters. Qualifications Hands‑on experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document Review Proficiency in Legal Research to support case preparation Ability to draft, review, and file Pleadings and Motions accurately Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Proficiency in legal software and case management tools Keen attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Previous experience in a litigation‑focused legal environment is preferred Associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field, or a paralegal certificate #J-18808-Ljbffr
