What you'll do:

• Manages and supports a team of talented Transformative Marketing (TM) Campaign Senior Manager(s), managers, and specialist(s); provides training, mentoring, coaching, and support to internal/external team members.
• Is responsible for the Transformative Marketing campaign plans build-up, development, deployment, measurement, and improvements for a specific market. Works closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and senior management to define and prioritize marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches for development and is accountable for the execution of the campaign plan through its TM campaign team.
• Helps build content strategy according to relevant industry segments, personas, and buyer's journey stages; identifies gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations/actions for refinement where needed.
• Drives adoption of new strategies, techniques, and tactics throughout the Transformative Marketing Campaign team, as well as Marketing Communications group and extended marketing organization; influences internal stakeholders to take healthy risks to reach target segments and personas.
• Continually evaluates processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both marketing and sales.
• Ensures KPIs delivery for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and product launches are accurately set, tracked, and reached for each program; reviews progress collectively for each OpCo/business and discusses outcomes/feedback with team members and business stakeholders.
• Establishes and maintains Daily Management within the Team to ensure the team's optimum focus on continuous improvement and therefore ROI of the campaign activity.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; Or in Biotechnology or chemistry. Masters would be preferred
• Long standing experience in Campaign /marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field
• Multiple years of experience in life sciences industry
• Excellent people leader with multiple years of experience. Great ability in building a strong team spirit; constantly assess and reinforce the team's motivation.
• Strong experience leading project teams and managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and external parties, proven marketing campaign and project management experience and successes.
• Ability to think strategically, but also able to “roll up your sleeves” and do the work needed to execute projects and manage platforms.
• Data-driven thinking, strong analytical skills, and detailed knowledge of marketing analytics.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working with marketing automation, content management, and CRM tools.

The salary range for this role is 130k$ to 150k$. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
