Job Description
OS Image creator / MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) admin / Windows 11
In-depth computer hardware knowledge (CPU, motherboard, storage/memory technologies, etc.) with Dell, Client, and Client
Strong experience with OS imaging using Microsoft Configuration Manager
Strong Windows 11 experience
Good overall understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager
Good workstation troubleshooting skills
Good knowledge of ServiceNow
