As a General Production Worker, you will:

✅ Assemble electronic switches using hand tools and assembly equipment

✅ Handle and position small electronic components with accuracy and precision

✅ Gather and organize materials needed for production tasks

✅ Work independently at your designated workstation

✅ Alternate between sitting and standing throughout the workday

✅ Perform quality checks and maintain high production standards

✅ Follow detailed assembly instructions and manufacturing procedures

What We're Looking For Essential Skills

✔️ Electronic Assembly Experience

✔️ Soldering Knowledge or Experience

✔️ Ability to Use Hand & Power Tools

✔️ Excellent Hand-Eye Coordination

✔️ Strong Attention to Detail

✔️ Good Manual Dexterity with Small Parts

⭐ Bonus Qualifications

️ Solder Certification (Highly Preferred)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Grange, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.40 - $15.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
