Private Funds and Investment Management Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join their Investment Funds Group in New York City, NY. Duties Advise clients on private fund formation and management. Draft and review fund documentation and agreements. Conduct due diligence and regulatory compliance checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment strategies. Requirements 3 to 6 years of relevant legal experience. Strong understanding of private funds and investment management. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing.
