Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually Position Summary: As a pivotal member of our team, the successful candidate will drive the expansion of customer relationships by fostering new connections and nurturing existing partnerships. You will play a crucial role in maximizing gross margin contributions through sales of Large Construction Equipment and attachments, both new and used, in an assigned area or by account. Organize and maintain written customer call schedules, leveraging the company-supplied CRM tool. Prospect for new accounts and facilitate the acquisition of Customer Applications. Manage a list of active deals, ensuring timely follow-up and action plans, while keeping the Store Manager informed. Provide quotes for purchases and conduct machine appraisals for trade-ins and potential inventory acquisitions. Assist in the collection of payments due on sales when necessary. Continuously enhance and maintain product knowledge. Physical Requirements: Ability to move objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Maneuverability over Construction sites for up to 8 hours/day. Proficiency in operating a motor vehicle day or night, maintaining a good driving record for insurability. May require obtaining a Commercial Driver License (CDL). Demonstrate equipment safety practices. Maneuver over and under equipment. Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Self-motivated with basic computer skills. Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.lli Minimum of two years of sales or industry-related experience. Professional appearance, good language and social skills. Working Conditions: Works in both indoor and customer remote locations, encountering potential hazards from electrical, mechanical, and power equipment, as well as exposure to extremes of weather. 4Rivers Equipment is an equal opportunity employer.
