Sales Consultant

We want you to play a large role in the daily decisions that help build dream homes, where families create memories. As a Sales Consultant, you will learn our products, sell homes, secure contracts, and manage a proven sales process that can lead to a six‑figure income. The role requires hard work, coachability, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. You will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers, and analyze competitors in the local market. Qualifications: Proven track record of at least two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. Exceptional communication skills — both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups. Strong customer‑service orientation. Valid driver’s license. Compensation and benefits: Base salary of $700/week for the first 16 weeks, followed by a $700/week draw thereafter. Generous commissions per home sold, with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 per year. Bonuses and additional incentives.
