Project Management Office PMO

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong PMO capabilities to lead project governance, coordination, and reporting in alignment with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential for executive-level reporting and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines. Track daily execution of project deliverables and support requirements gathering. Ensure alignment of objectives and tasks across cross-functional teams. Collaborate with architects, designers, testers, and business analysts to ensure solutions meet business needs. Collect, analyze, and report project metrics. Create advanced Excel reports including pivot tables, charts, and macros. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards. Manage project scope, cost, and time (triple constraint). Perform risk and issue management. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project governance and compliance, with adherence to PMO standards. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Charts). 5+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard creation and reporting. Strong skills in project coordination, tracking, and stakeholder communication. Experience in risk and issue management. Proficiency in reporting and data analysis. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent. Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in budget and cost management. Knowledge of change management practices. Strong presentation and documentation skills. Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
