Operations Supervisor
Round-Peg Solutions (RPS)
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our client in a hands-on leadership role within aerospace manufacturing. This position will lead a frontline production team, drive daily performance, support employee development, and work cross-functionally to improve production efficiency, quality, and customer delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and support production teams in achieving daily targets and operational goals. Allocate resources and adjust priorities based on production needs, capacity, and customer demand. Coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining accountability. Resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues. Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives , including 5S, Visual Management, Standardized Work, and Daily Management. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Partner with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and productivity. Ensure production and delivery goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, production, or operations . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement . Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Experience with Excel and/or Power BI/Tableau preferred. Familiarity with ERP/SAP and MRP concepts is a plus. Advanced vocational training or Master Craftsman-level qualification is a plus. Opportunity Highlights Work with an established aerospace manufacturing organization .
