The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and should thrive in a consultative role.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain our existing analytics productsAnalyze a wide range of datasets to inform our clients’ market access strategy and be able to connect the dots between data and business objectivesDesign and build static visualizations as well as interactive dashboards for data analysisRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience writing R or Python code (ability to use both required)3+ years of experience using SQL3+ years of experience building visualizations in a tool like Tableau or Power BIExperience building data pipelines on AWS or AzureA strong interest to learn the pharmaceutical industry and the market access ecosystem in depth.Preferred QualificationsExperience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency experienceProcess-oriented with great documentation skillsStrong presentation skillsExperience with Veeva CLMAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExperience working with LLM models or technical understanding of AI products $120,000 - $136,500Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
