Are you passionate about entertaining and educating America's children? If so, read on! We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of product marketing for our growing brand in the U.S. The primary focus will be managing the hands-on execution details of our product line of devices, Tonie figurines, and accessories — from change memos and Salsify updates to creative asset readiness for launch. In this role, you will support the Portfolio and Product Marketing team in planning and executing successful product launches. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Own the hands-on execution of product marketing, including change memos, product data updates, and creative asset coordination for launch readiness

• Maintain and update Salsify with accurate, current product information, ensuring change memos are reflected promptly and consistently

• Support the Product Marketing Manager in tracking and organizing product launch details from concept through execution

• Create comprehensive product copy documents and marketing briefs, incorporating confirmed product details, and guide the approval process with the Product Marketing Manager

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Content, Product, Operations, Brand, and Trade Marketing to supervise and update product launch details on the product release tracker (Google Drive/Flex/Asana)

• Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure all creative assets for launch are finalized, approved, and delivered to the appropriate owners on time

• Serve as co-owner, alongside the Product Marketing Manager, of the marketing approval process — submitting approvals through the licensor and managing the corresponding timeline and project in Asana

• Coordinate marketing asset needs for new launches in Asana, closely partnering with Creative, Trade Marketing and Sales teams

• Retrieve brand images and assets from the Tonies Brand site and licensor assets from licensor sites, organizing and storing them in the Tonies North America Google Drive

• Coordinate the availability and distribution of production samples to agency partners, and manage monthly launch samples for the Portfolio and Product Marketing team

Communication & Reporting

• Support the Product Marketing Manager, and at times the Portfolio Lead, in planning for future launches by organizing timelines, calendars, and key milestones

• Coordinate the Monthly Omnichannel Overview meeting, aligning upcoming product launches and any Content/Trade/Brand implications to cross-functional owners

• Coordinate and update the cross-functional calendar in partnership with the Product Marketing Manager to keep Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Content aligned

• Coordinate and organize seasonal marketing tactics in Asana for new launches, storing finalized assets in the internal Google Drive for easy access — in partnership with the Licensing team

Requirements:

• Passion for early childhood entertainment and education

• Proven experience in product management, marketing coordination, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Miro, Flex, Google Suite and Salsify

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments

• A proactive self-starter with strong project management skills and a focus on process optimization
