Entry-Level Event Assistant (Face-to-Face Sales role)– Washington, DC
\nFull-Time | Immediate Start | In-Person | Entry-Level Opportunity
\n \nThis is a face-to-face, customer-facing sales position ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and are seeking to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
\n \nWe are looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant who is a confident communicator and thrives in live, in-person settings. If you're someone who enjoys engaging with the public, can hold a conversation with ease, and likes the idea of being out and about rather than behind a desk, this role is for you.
\n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing as an Event Assistant:
\n- \n
- Engaging customers in-person at retail locations, events, and community areas \n
- Representing well-known brands through face-to-face sales campaigns \n
- Speaking directly with new and prospective customers about our client’s products or services \n
- Answering questions and guiding customers through the sign-up process \n
- Supporting team sales goals and contributing to a positive event atmosphere \n
Who Makes a Great Event Assistant:

- Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality \n
- Enjoys speaking with people and building rapport quickly \n
- Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face environments \n
- Positive, motivated, and excited to learn new skills \n
- Customer service experience is a plus — but not required \n
- Able to work on-site (Washington, DC) \n
- Entry-level applicants welcome – full product and sales training is provided \n
