Marketing Analytics Analyst II: Insight-Driven Reporting & Growth

• Support Marketing Analytics initiatives, partnering with Marketing stakeholders to evaluate campaign performance
• Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to help the business improve profitability
• Distill vast datasets into actionable insights and recommendations that guide decisions and strategies
• Develop and support reporting for operating departments across the enterprise
• Use technology (e.g., SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python) to develop analytics and reporting tools
• Help to train and on-board new team members in technical skills, tools & processes

Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college 1+ years of professional work (or equivalent experience) tools. Capable of working in both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated business acumen; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance Intermediate skills in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets.
