A Typical Day: Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation. Partner with residents, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service. Lead and support CNAs through supervision, coaching, and orientation of new staff. Foster resident engagement while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. Requirements What We Need From A Candidate: Must be licensed (LPN) by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license Must have the ability and knowledge to act in a supervisory capacity BLS certified OR willingness to get certified within 3 months of employment. Consistently demonstrate professionalism and clinical skills Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
