Senior Product Manager

Compensation for this role is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As a Senior Product Manager, you will support product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver impactful technology solutions that drive business outcomes. In this role, you will lead buy-side network operations and capacity technology initiatives supporting RXO’s carrier sales organization while partnering cross-functionally to develop scalable products, improve operational workflows, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define product roadmaps, deliver against strategic priorities, and support RXO’s managed services initiatives. This role also offers mentorship opportunities and exposure to people leadership responsibilities. Please note this role will sit onsite Monday–Thursday, with work from home on Fridays, and can sit out of our offices located in Naperville, Chicago, or Charlotte. What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like Serve as the Product Lead supporting buy-side network operations and carrier sales technology initiatives Define and execute product roadmaps aligned to business goals and operational priorities Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to shape future product vision and gain alignment on priorities Lead ideation, discovery, hypothesis generation, and validation to guide product strategy and feature prioritization Gather and prioritize product requirements to improve user experience and operational efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development to maintain a value-driven delivery pipeline Define release plans, timelines, and implementation strategies for new features and enhancements Own go-to-market planning, including coordination with marketing, training, support, security, and legal teams Leverage user feedback, analytics, and operational insights to continuously improve products and workflows Drive product adoption and support managed services initiatives across RXO’s network Mentor and provide strategic guidance to team members and execution teams At a Minimum, You’ll Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of Product Management experience 2+ years of experience in international pricing and/or operations, including Customs & Border Crossing, CL, LCL, and Air Freight 2+ years of experience supporting RFPs, bids, pricing strategy, contracts, and revenue management 2+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or scientific disciplines Experience leading products through the full product lifecycle Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Experience working cross-functionally in agile product and technology environments Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks, roadmap management, and OKRs It’d Be Great If You Also Have Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology Experience with managed services, SaaS platforms, or two-sided networks Exposure to pricing, operations, customs, warehousing, intermodal, or over-the-road transportation Experience with AI-enabled platforms, intelligent workflows, automation, or decision-support systems Experience in data analytics, engineering, or data science environments Interest in mentorship and future people leadership opportunities Oracle AI Certifications (OCI) Why Join Us Our Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off includes: up to 8 holidays, up to 2 floating Diversity Days, Hourly: Earn up to 13 days PTO/ Salary: Earn up to 15 days PTO, up to 40 hours bereavement leave, up to 16 hours volunteer time, jury duty, at least 2 weeks family bonding leave, up to 40 hours prenatal care leave 401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% company match Insurance: health, prescription, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life, short and long-term disability, accidental death and personal loss, business travel, legal services, ID theft, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance Tax-Advantaged Accounts: Health Savings Account, Health Care Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Commuter Spending Account Health Reimbursement Arrangement Our Culture Our values are the key to our unique culture and our ability to deliver for everyone we serve.
