Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, .NET, Azure, and modern data platforms. This role is ideal for someone coming from a smaller or fast-paced environment where they were deeply involved in development, problem-solving, and end‑to‑end delivery. You will join a multidisciplinary AI team composed of individuals with backgrounds in data science, machine learning, and AI experimentation—even hobbyists who are passionate about applied AI. This is a full on-site, 5‑days‑per‑week position. Job Description Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions using Python and .NET. Build and optimize cloud-based applications leveraging Azure services. Databricks is nice to have. Databricks is essentially a cloud SQL service. If you know SQL, you can pick up databricks pretty quick as it's the same syntax. Utilize and integrate Microsoft Copilot tools to enhance development workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and AI enthusiasts. Apply strong critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems, evaluate model performance, and improve system efficiency. Communicate technical ideas and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Take a hands-on approach to prototyping, testing, and iterating in a dynamic environment. ML is a plus A few buzzwords to look for: Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, Vector Databases, RAG(retrieval augmented generation), Semantic Search, Azure OpenAI, Agentic AI, MCP. Required Qualifications Professional experience with Python and .NET. Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services and architectures. Hands-on experience with Databricks and large-scale data environments. Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills. Background in a smaller company or startup environment with significant ownership of technical work.
