Talkiatry Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner OpportunityTalkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice.This role is designed for experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who want:Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefitsControl over their schedule, session structure, and patient populationMinimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient modelWhat your day-to-day practice looks like:100% remote, outpatient psychiatric careLower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD)Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups)No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis coverageIntegrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapistsFull operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensingClinical autonomy & flexibility:Control over schedule and weekly availabilitySession structure within established clinical standardsPatient population, balanced to individual criteria and preferencesClinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volumeBenefits & stability:Employer-paid malpractice coverage (occurrence-based, 100% covered)Employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance (up to 100% of premiums)401(k) with employer match and immediate eligibilityPaid time off (PTO), paid sick time, and 11 paid holidaysCME reimbursement and dedicated CME daysLicensing support with upfront coverage of costsTechnology package providedWhat we're looking for:Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authorityMinimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNPExperience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including: Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning and medication managementPsychoeducation and supportive therapyComfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based modelProficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficientlyStrong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approachCommitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical developmentCompensation & Employment Model:Full-time and part-time W-2 employmentTotal annual on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+, consisting of base salary and monthly productivity.
