Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other facility leaders to develop and implement operational plans and strategies

• Conduct regular assessments of patient care and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities to drive exceptional patient outcomes

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless transitions and continued care
