Customer Experience Leader - Front End & Training

The TJX Companies , Inc.

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an front-end supervisor to promote an outstanding customer experience and lead a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will model superior customer service, train staff on front-end principles, and help ensure an organized shopping environment. You will also coordinate POS coverage, address customer concerns promptly, and work with management on training needs to improve effectiveness while upholding labor laws and store #J-18808-Ljbffr
