About Our Client

Job Description

Lead day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through close‑out
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to meet milestones
Enforce safety standards and maintain a zero‑incident mindset
Partner with project managers to control quality, cost, and schedule
Serve as the on‑site point of contact for clients and inspectors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

8-15 years of superintendent experience on large commercial projects
Background in healthcare, higher education, or complex interiors preferred
Proven ability to lead crews of 50+ on active job sites
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction sequencing
Willingness to work on site in the Columbus market
