Job Description

* Lead daytoday site operations from mobilisation to closeout

* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety plans

* Coordinate with project executives and VPs on delivery strategy

* Maintain quality standards across healthcare, education, and industrial builds

The Successful Applicant

* 7+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a GC

* Background in healthcare, education, or large commercial projects

* Strong schedule control and subcontractor management skills

* Proven record delivering projects safely and on time

* Clear communicator with a collaborative leadership style
