About Our Client
Our client is a nationally recognised general contractor with nearly $2B in annual revenue and a strong Midwest footprint. Known for quality delivery and internal progression, they invest heavily in people, processes, and modern offices.
Job Description
* Lead day‑to‑day site operations from mobilisation to close‑out
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety plans
* Coordinate with project executives and VPs on delivery strategy
* Maintain quality standards across healthcare, education, and industrial builds
* Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
The Successful Applicant
* 7+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a GC
* Background in healthcare, education, or large commercial projects
* Strong schedule control and subcontractor management skills
* Proven record delivering projects safely and on time
* Clear communicator with a collaborative leadership style
