• Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from concept through construction
• Serve as the primary client contact, guiding projects to successful delivery
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and team coordination
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality, efficient design solutions
• Contribute to proposals, project planning, and strategic growth initiatives
• Mentor team members and help shape the future of the organization

 

About You:

 

• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience 
• Have led projects, managed clients, and oversaw budgets/schedules
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, government, or complex building types a plus
